My Law Tools provides software assistance only. It does not provide legal advice, litigation advice, regulatory advice, professional judgment, court compliance approval or document certification.

2. No guarantee

We do not guarantee that any output will be accurate, complete, reliable, accepted, admissible, court-compliant, tribunal-compliant, regulator-compliant, client-approved, professionally compliant, secure, error-free or suitable for your purpose.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for checking all uploaded documents, generated bundles, page numbers, indexes, bookmarks, hyperlinks, redactions, extracted dates, deadlines, chronology entries, OCR text, AI-assisted content, file conversions and final outputs before filing, serving, sharing, publishing or relying on them.

4. AI and OCR limitations

AI and OCR may misread, omit, duplicate, hallucinate, misclassify, mistranscribe or misunderstand information.

You must not rely on automated output without human review.

5. Redaction warning

Redaction is high risk.

You must verify that redacted material cannot be recovered from the file, metadata, OCR layer, comments, annotations, hidden text, revision history, embedded files, thumbnails or document layers.

Visual masking is not always secure redaction.

We accept no responsibility for failed redaction, accidental disclosure, privilege waiver, confidentiality breach, data breach or regulatory consequences caused by your use of redaction tools.

6. Deadline warning

Deadline tools are for assistance only.

Deadlines may depend on law, rules, jurisdiction, service method, deemed service, court orders, bank holidays, time zones, local practice, extensions, stays and factual issues.

You must independently verify all deadlines.

7. Court bundle warning

You must check the relevant court, tribunal, regulator or recipient requirements before submitting any bundle or document.

We do not guarantee compliance with any court order, practice direction, electronic filing system, judge’s preference, file size limit, formatting rule, pagination rule or bundle requirement.

8. Document conversion warning

Document conversion may alter formatting, pagination, layout, fonts, tables, footnotes, headers, footers, tracked changes, comments, images, numbering, signatures, form fields, metadata, hidden text, hyperlinks, bookmarks and embedded objects.

You must check converted documents before relying on them.

10. Suggested redaction confirmation

Before exporting a redacted document, users should confirm:

  • I have checked that the redaction is permanent.
  • I have checked metadata, OCR text, annotations, comments and hidden content where relevant.
  • I understand that visual masking may not be secure redaction.
  • I accept responsibility for verifying the final redacted file before disclosure.

11. Suggested AI/OCR confirmation

Before using AI or OCR output, users should confirm:

  • I understand AI/OCR output may be wrong or incomplete.
  • I will manually verify all extracted dates, text, names and events.
  • I will not rely on automated output as legal advice.
  • I accept responsibility for final review and use.
